THE PROCESS

How your recipe book is built

Your recipe book is not generated from a template. Every recipe is individually selected by Renae based on your clinical needs, preferences, and lifestyle then formatted into a professional PDF.

Includes a 20-minute consultation call to confirm clinical direction before your recipe collection is built.

PERSONALISED RECIPE BOOKS

How your recipe book is built
for your specific condition

A recipe book for Hashimoto's looks completely different to a recipe book for PCOS, which looks different again to one built for IBS. This is what clinical specificity means in practice.
Not just "healthy recipes," but recipes that directly support your body's specific needs.

 Thyroid health

Hashimoto's & Hypothyroidism

  • Selenium-rich recipes: Brazil nuts, tuna, eggs, sunflower seeds and iodine rich foods

  • Zinc and iodine sources prioritised for T4 to T3 conversion support

  • Anti-inflammatory foundation throughout: omega-3 rich fish, colourful vegetables, extra virgin olive oil

  • Gluten and dairy reduced or excluded where clinically indicated

  • Blood sugar stability built into every meal to reduce thyroid-adrenal burden

Not seeing your condition listed?

This is not an exhaustive list. Recipe books are built for any health goal or clinical presentation including perimenopause, post-natal recovery, autoimmune conditions, skin health, and more. Book a free discovery call to discuss your specific needs.

YOUR RECIPE BOOK

What is in your collection

Your recipe book is not a printout of internet recipes. It is a professionally formatted PDF document built entirely using a clinical platform used by nutritionists and dietitians in clinical practice to create condition-specific, evidence-based recipe collections for their patients.

ABOUT THAT CLEAN LIFE
A professional clinical nutrition platform

That Clean Life is not a consumer app or recipe website. It is a practitioner-grade clinical nutrition platform designed specifically for healthcare professionals building condition-specific nutrition plans for their patients.

Every recipe on the platform meets clinical nutrition standards and includes verified nutritional data. I use it to build your collection with the same level of clinical precision that goes into any other aspect of your treatment plan.

The result is a recipe book that looks like something you would buy in a bookshop and functions like something designed specifically for your body.

If you want to make sure you're on the right track, do it. I thought I was doing some things right but it wasn't helping, and I was also being very strict on myself in some ways where I didn't need to be. Getting a professional perspective is worth it.

Service options

Pricing and how to book

The recipe book is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to
an initial or follow-up consultation.

Personalised Recipe Book Only or Consultation Bundle - Which is right for you?

The personalised recipe book only includes a quick 20 minute consultation call and is best suited for clients who want guidance on general healthy eating, recipes for weight loss or want a variety of breakfast, snack or dinner recipes.

If you are managing a health condition like Hashimoto's, PCOS, endometriosis, IBS, or perimenopausal symptoms, adding your recipe book to an initial consultation ($373) is the recommended option. A full clinical assessment produces a significantly more targeted recipe collection — and costs the same $198 add-on either way.

KEEP IT FRESH

Recipe book updates

Once you have your initial recipe book, updates are available whenever you are ready. There are no lock-in contracts and no obligation to continue. Updates are popular when your health has improved and nutritional needs have shifted, when you want seasonal variety, or when your clinical protocol has been updated since your last book.

Two update options are available depending on how much clinical support you need at the time.

With review appointment

50 new recipes plus a 20-minute review appointment to confirm any changes to your dietary needs, health goals, or preferences before your updated collection is built. Recommended when a lot has changed since your last book.

$249
Recipes only

50 new recipes based on a brief email intake form. No appointment required. Ideal when your symptoms are stable and you simply want fresh variety or seasonal recipes without a formal review session.

"The follow-ups of what we talked about are great because my memory is shocking!" I had some questions about being able to eat maple syrup and other sweet treats. I wasn't sure which chocolate I could have, for example, or which oats I could eat."
