Initial & Follow-up Consultations
Every consultation at Perth Nutrition & Natural Health starts with your story and ends with a clear, personalised plan. Whether you are booking for the first time or continuing your care, you will leave with direction, not more questions.
Initial Consultation
STANDARD 60 MINS / $175 COMPLEX 90 MINS / $200
Your initial consultation is the starting point for your care. There are two appointment types — standard and complex — so the session length and depth match your health situation from the start.

This is where we begin the real investigation. I take the time to go through your full health history, your symptoms, your diet, your sleep, your cycle, your stress, your energy, and any pathology results you bring. The more I understand about you as a whole person, the more targeted your treatment plan will be.

Choose either a standard or complex initial consultation to best suit your needs.

Healing is not a single appointment. Follow-ups are where the real progress happens.

As you implement your nutrition plan and results come in, your treatment needs to evolve. Follow-up appointments give us time to review what is working, refine your protocol, interpret new test results, and make sure you are never left navigating the next stage alone.
