2 blocks: eat the whole serve
3 blocks: add an extra egg and 1C such as 8 more cherry tomatoes and 1F such as 1/4 of a half of an avocado
4 blocks: add an extra 2 eggs and 2C such as 1/2 baked beans, 1 small kiwi fruit and 2F such as 1/2 of an avocado
Ingredients
For the scramble:
1 egg
80g smoked salmon slices or 1x 95g tinned salmon
1 teaspoon dried chives or basil
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2 cups chopped kale
1 cup chopped mushrooms
8 cherry tomatoes
For the fruit salad:
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
lemon juice to taste
Directions:
In a bowl, scrambled the eggs with a fork then mix in the dried chives. Season with salt & pepper.
In a pan, lightly cooked the veggies until soft and set aside.
Add the oil to the pan then pour over the eggs. Cook until scrambled and serve with the veggies.
To make the fruit salad:
Mix all the fruits into a bowl and drizzle with some lemon juice.
