Raspberry & cherry turmeric smoothie

1 block: drink half a smoothie

2 blocks: drink the whole smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 8 frozen cherries

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric

  • 1/2 cup Pure Harvest unsweetened coconut or almond milk


For a nut-free recipe, do not use almond milk.

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
