Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa
½ cup mixed berries
1 scoop (20g) Protein powder of choice
2 tsp sunflower seeds or sunflower seed butter
¾ cup unsweetened rice milk (or milk of choice)
Directions:
Heat the cooked quinoa in a saucepan with milk over low heat.
Stir in the protein powders until fully dissolved.
Top with mixed berries and sunflower seeds.
Serve warm.
