Quinoa porridge with berries & sunflower seeds

2 blocks: divide into 2 serves.

4 blocks: eat the whole serve

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • ½ cup mixed berries

  • 1 scoop (20g) Protein powder of choice

  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds or sunflower seed butter

  • ¾ cup unsweetened rice milk (or milk of choice)

Directions:

  1. Heat the cooked quinoa in a saucepan with milk over low heat.

  2. Stir in the protein powders until fully dissolved.

  3. Top with mixed berries and sunflower seeds.

  4. Serve warm.
