Pear & spinach smoothie

Total blocks:

1 block: drink half a smoothie

2 blocks: drink the whole smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 pear

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder or protein powder of choice

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Variations for constipation:

  • use 1/2 a pear and 2 prunes

  • add 1 tbsp of psyllium husk with 1/2 of water

  • Blend together and enjoy!


For a nut-free recipe: use 1/2 cup coconut milk + 1/2 cup water OR 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk.

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth


Notes: this smoothie is perfect if you are struggling with constipation
