1 block: drink half a smoothie
2 blocks: drink the whole smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 pear
1 handful of spinach
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder or protein powder of choice
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Variations for constipation:
use 1/2 a pear and 2 prunes
add 1 tbsp of psyllium husk with 1/2 of water
Blend together and enjoy!
For a nut-free recipe: use 1/2 cup coconut milk + 1/2 cup water OR 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk.
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Notes: this smoothie is perfect if you are struggling with constipation
