Orange, carrot & turmeric smoothie

1 block: drink 1/2 of the smoothie

2 blocks: drink the whole smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hemp seed protein powder

  • 1 cup of water

  • 2 tsp flaxseeds

  • 1 small orange

  • 1 small carrot, chopped (can be frozen the night before)

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
