Ingredients
2 tbsp hemp seed protein powder
1 cup of water
2 tsp flaxseeds
1 small orange
1 small carrot, chopped (can be frozen the night before)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
