1 block: divide into 8 serves and add 1C such as 1 cup of strawberries or 1/2 cup mixed berries.
2 blocks: divide into 4 serves and add 2C such as 1 cup strawberries and 1 kiwi fruit
3 blocks: divide into 2x 2/3 cups and add 3C such as 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup blueberries and 8 cherries
Ingredients
450g silken tofu
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup carob powder (or add extra cacao powder)
6 tsp monk fruit raw sugar
1/2 cup soy milk or other milk of choice
8 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Store in the fridge overnight until it sets and enjoy with your blocks of fruit.
Can be placed in the freezer and eaten as a sweet treat before bed.
