Ingredients
2 tbsp hemp seed protein powder
1/2 cup frozen cranberries
8 frozen cherries
1 cup water (extra if needed for thinner smoothie)
1 tsp flaxseeds
Note:
This is a great smoothie for recurrent urinary tract infections.
You could also add 1/4 cup of pure pomegranate juice (full of antioxidants, great for gut & urinary tract health).
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
