Cranberry cherry smoothie

Total blocks:

2P, 2C, 2F

1 block: drink half a smoothie

2 blocks: drink the whole smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hemp seed protein powder

  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries

  • 8 frozen cherries

  • 1 cup water (extra if needed for thinner smoothie)

  • 1 tsp flaxseeds


Note:

  • This is a great smoothie for recurrent urinary tract infections.

  • You could also add 1/4 cup of pure pomegranate juice (full of antioxidants, great for gut & urinary tract health).

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
