Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup lite soy milk (not bonsoy) or almond milk
1 - 2 tsp monk fruit raw sugar
1.5 tbsp vegan custard powder
1 heaped scoop of protein powder of choice
Substitutes: use egg custard powder if not vegan.
Directions:
In a pan over low heat, combine coconut cream, vanilla and milk.
Gradually stir through the custard powder and keep stirring until it thickens.
Add the sugar & protein powder.
If it does thicken you can add a little cornflour or arrowroot powder (mixed with water) and stir until thick.
Serve warm or enjoy cold.
