1 ball = one block of P, C & F
1 block: eat one ball
2 blocks: eat two balls
Ingredients
2/3 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen)
2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
6 almonds
1 tbsp goji berries
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.
You may need to add some water (1 tbsp at a time) until a dough forms
Roll into 10 balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
