Choc berry balls

Total blocks:

1 ball = one block of P, C & F

1 block: eat one ball

2 blocks: eat two balls

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen)

  • 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs

  • 6 almonds

  • 1 tbsp goji berries

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.

  • You may need to add some water (1 tbsp at a time) until a dough forms

  • Roll into 10 balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
