1 block: Divide into 10 servings and add 1C such as 1/2 cup of strawberries.
2 blocks: Divide into 5 servings and add 2C such as 1/2 cup strawberries and 1 chopped kiwi fruit.
3 blocks: Divide into 3 serves and add 3C such as 1 cup of strawberries and 1 chopped kiwi fruit
Ingredients
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup and 2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 cup of protein powder of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
For chocolate flavor, add 1 tbsp of cacao.
For Caramel flavor, add 1 tbsp of maca powder & a pinch of salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined or you can place into a blender and blend on low until combined (gives a smoother texture).
Refrigerate overnight until it has set, then evenly divide into glass containers or cups for either a 1 block or 2 block snack.
