Ingredients
2/4 cup frozen cherries
1 cup soy milk (bonsoy is ok)
300g silken tofu
3 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp cacao powder (optional)
1/2 tsp monk fruit raw sugar
You may also want to use other fruits such as frozen strawberries, mixed berries or blueberries instead of cherries to add variety.
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Divide into your preferred blocked serve and allow to set in the fridge overnight of for 4 hours.
