Almond cacao bliss balls

Total blocks:

21P, 21C, 21F

1 ball = 1 block of P, C & F

1 block: have one ball

2 blocks: have two balls

Ingredients

  • 1 + 1/3 cups pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup unsalted almond butter

  • 1 + 1/3 cup protein powder of choice

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt


To roll the balls in:

1/4 cup shredded coconut


Variations: use other nut butter such as peanut butter, ABC butter or cashew butter.

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients (except the extra 1/4 cup of shredded coconut) to a food processor and blend until combined and sticky. Scrape down the edges as you do this.

  • Roll into 21 balls, then roll into the shredded coconut.


    Storage:

  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months
