4 ingredient protein balls

Total blocks:

1 ball = 1 block of P, C & F

1 block: eat one ball

2 blocks: eat two balls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten-free rolled oat

  • 1/2 cup protein powder of choice

  • 1 cup peanut butter or other nut butter of choice

  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup

Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the oats with protein powder until combined.

  • Add the peanut butter and syrup and mix well.

  • Lightly wet your hands (or spray them with cooking spray). Roll into 20 balls.


Storage:

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
