1 ball = 1 block of P, C & F
1 block: eat one ball
2 blocks: eat two balls
Ingredients
3 cups gluten-free rolled oat
1/2 cup protein powder of choice
1 cup peanut butter or other nut butter of choice
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix the oats with protein powder until combined.
Add the peanut butter and syrup and mix well.
Lightly wet your hands (or spray them with cooking spray). Roll into 20 balls.
Storage:
Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
